I specialize in working with individuals who are highly sensitive (HSP) or susceptible to emotional reactivity. You will learn skills that teach you to regulate emotional roller coasters, reduce anxiety, increase mood and identify skills that allow you to make decisions confidently.

I draw on my experience in standard Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, meditation, other evidenced-based modalities as well as the latest research in neuroscience.
